Happy to announce that I started a podcast with my longtime friend, Ryan Stroud. The trailer is live and available wherever you get your podcasts (Apple, Spotify, Google, Stitcher, Amazon, TuneIn, and iHeart to name a few)! Before each episode, we’ll share an album with the other and determine the best and worst song on the album. Each episode will be our live reactions to our picks. Sometimes we might agree and sometimes we’ll have an "album argument."
I record, edit, mix, master, and supply original intro/outro music for each show. Episodes will be under 30 minutes. Our show page is thealbumargument.com. Take a listen, subscribe, and let us know what you think! I had the pleasure to be on a recent episode of Ai Live - a video series hosted by the college that I teach at, The Art Institute of Atlanta. I enjoyed talking about digital audio, recent online trends, and getting to reminisce about my days playing with Mystery Loves Company! It was great to work for my good friend, Ryan Stroud, to compose, perform, record, and mix the theme song and end credits music for his Coach Stroud vlog. At the beginning of 2019, I became Secretary of the local AES Atlanta section. Responsibilities have included typical secretary duties for meetings but also maintaining the section's website, mailing list, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. My students and I were recently interviewed for a segment on local 11 Alive (Atlanta NBC affiliate).
